Japanese rock band BUCK-TICK will celebrate the 25th anniversary of their debut next year. To mark the occasion, the band has created a special |25th anniversary website|, where it is announced that the band has started their own label called Lingua Sounda on which they will release a new single next spring and new album in next summer.

Guitarist SUGIZO (LUNA SEA, X-JAPAN, JUNO REACTOR) will release two new albums on December 7th. Titled "Flower of the Life" et "Tree of Life", they are each set to come in a CD-only edition as well as a CD+DVD edition. They will include his recent singles "Pray for Mother Earth" and "Enola Gay" as well as collaborations and remixes from other artists including JUNO REACTOR and TOSHINORI KONDO.

British progressive metallers THRESHOLD are currently at Thin Ice Studios (DRAGONFORCE, PENDRAGON) in Surrey, England recording their ninth studio album. The new album sees the return of original THRESHOLD vocalist Damian Wilson (HEADSPACE, STAR ONE) who rejoined the band in 2007 following the departure of Andrew 'Mac' McDermott who sadly passed away on 03 August.
